最近決定來寫寫關於空服員的招考過程，是因為畢業季又到了啊

再加上想要鼓勵身邊的好朋友對考空服的努力 造就了這幾篇文章:)

一定有很多迷茫的畢業生不知道自己的未來在哪裡 如果想要考外商又抓不到方向

寫這篇文章只是希望自己能提供你們一些資訊 畢竟自己以前也是像無頭蒼蠅一樣

希望能更順利的踏上自己的夢想 不只是畢業生 還有我自己

2013年的國泰招考 當時剛好遇到人生的瓶頸

所以才會突然有個念頭 為什麼不去試試看呢 離開台灣去香港過生活也是換個心情

就像是國泰空服員一天說的why not fly when im young?

沒有多想就直接上網投了履歷

履歷很簡單 只要填上資本資料 再準備好英文跟中文自傳

再等它的通知就可以了

拿到通知之後 他會告訴你當天需要攜帶什麼文件跟幾點抵達

Job Description :

Requirements:

·         Citizen of Republic of China 

·         Minimum age of 18

·         High School graduate

·         Fluency in English and Mandarin (proficiency in speaking, reading & listening). A third language is preferable.

·         Polished interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset

·         A minimum arm-reach of 208cm and physical fitness to pass the pre-employment medical assessment

*Male applicants should be exempted from or have completed military service

*All applications MUST BE submitted in English

Interviews will be conducted in Taipei in mid October 2013

以前的國泰是可以walk in的（不用事先投履歷 只要當天準備好履歷就可以面試）

但2013年這一次 是要事先上網填資料，之後國泰會回覆你的email，給你一個邀請函invitation

再依照這個邀請函的時間、日期、地點去進行第一關的面試

在你送出這份申請之前，記得先了解幾個問題

你了解國泰航空多少 

對於空服員 你有多少的認識跟心理準備

雖然現在我已經是一個空服員 但這份工作其實有很多外界不知道的辛苦跟困難

不管其他人說了多少 都需要自己親身經歷才知道箇中的辛苦

所以當你準備要去面試這家公司之前 記得先想想自己是否真的喜歡跟能適應這份工作

而我喜歡國泰的原因有很多 最大的原因就是自由開放的風氣 

對於服務而言 是彈性且有自由發揮空間的 許多航空公司的標準流程反而限制了空服員的發展

外商是一個很大的挑戰 也是一個很新的開始 

國泰對於員工的福利方面都是許多國內航空望塵莫及的 這也是為什麼大家嚮往的原因

對於考空服員這件事、空服員的心理建設、空服員實際的生活這些事

實在有太多的東西可以講了 當你身在其中 才能夠真正去體會然後說出來
